You can book a charter bus for just about any group travel need, including corporate retreats, school field trips, athletic team travel, conventions, weddings, ski trips, and multi-day tours. If you’ve got a group that needs to get there together, we’ve got the ride.
We recommend booking as early as possible for best availability and pricing, especially for large groups or peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome too, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Our full-size motorcoaches can seat up to 56 passengers and our minibus seats up to 24 comfortably. No matter the size of your group, we’ll help you find the right option for comfort and convenience.

Most quotes are turned around within 24 to 48 business hours. If your itinerary is more complex or falls during a busy season, it may take a bit longer, but we will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
We accept cash, most major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, company checks, and money orders. For government, large corporate clients, and schools, we also offer invoicing options upon approval. Please note: credit card processing fees may apply.
Always. Every ACE charter includes a professional, certified driver—trained in safety, customer service, and group travel logistics. You focus on your event. We’ll handle the drive.

Not at this time. While we don’t operate daily tours, we regularly provide custom charter service for tour operators, travel agencies, and groups exploring Colorado and beyond. Let us help you plan the perfect experience.
Your charter includes the motorcoach, driver, fuel, and mileage for your planned itinerary. Additional charges may apply for driver lodging (overnight trips), parking, tolls, or gratuities. We’ll walk you through all potential costs in advance—no surprises.

Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation terms depend on the type of trip and how much notice we receive. For the most accurate info, check your contract or give us a call. The earlier you reach out, the more flexible we can be.
Absolutely! Just share all planned stops when booking, and we will build a custom route that fits your needs. If you need to add stops later, we will do our best to accommodate. Just note it may affect your final schedule or rate.
Our motorcoaches have generous storage, including overhead bins and undercarriage compartments. If you’re bringing large or specialty items like instruments, sports gear, or equipment, just give us a heads-up so we can plan accordingly. Smaller vehicles vary in luggage capacity, so be sure to talk through any specifics with your sales rep. For safety, compressed gases (like propane) are not allowed onboard.
Things happen. If your group is delayed, contact your driver or our dispatch team as soon as possible. While we will do everything we can to keep your trip on track, extended delays may impact your return time or result in additional charges.
We welcome groups of all ages—from kindergarten field trips to senior travel clubs. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and if your group includes little ones or riders with accessibility needs, just let us know ahead of time. Our vehicles are equipped to accommodate most child safety seats.
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed on any ACE Express Coaches’ vehicles.
Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted onboard. While we love furry friends, we are unable to accommodate non-service pets at this time. Please inform your sales rep in advance if a service animal will be joining you.
Alcohol may be allowed on board with prior written approval and in compliance with local and state regulations. A refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee may be required. Contact our team to discuss your group’s needs.

Yes! While our home base is in Colorado, we regularly provide transportation across neighboring states and long-distance routes throughout the U.S. If your trip takes you across state lines or into a new region, we will build a custom plan to fit your route and group needs.

Operational Procedures
While our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, unexpected issues can occasionally occur. If they do, our 24/7 dispatch team and roadside support spring into action to minimize delays and get your trip back on track safely and efficiently. You are never on your own when you ride with ACE.
Yes. We have contingency plans in place and can deploy a backup vehicle quickly when needed. Our priority is keeping your group safe, comfortable, and on schedule, no matter what the circumstances.
We recommend your group arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This allows for smooth boarding, a quick safety briefing, and a timely departure.
Certainly! While we cannot guarantee driver requests due to scheduling and route logistics, we always try to accommodate requests when possible. Let us know your requested driver when booking, and we’ll do our best to match you with your preferred operator.
Yes, please. A finalized itinerary at least 14 days before departure helps us prepare your route, driver, and any special logistics to keep your trip smooth from start to finish.
Safety is our top priority. We do operate in a wide range of weather conditions, but if a situation becomes unsafe, such as during extreme weather events, we may delay or adjust service for the well-being of our passengers and team. You’ll be informed promptly if any changes are necessary.
